One of the major improvement of Iron Man is the fully deployed air flaps. From the box, you can find 2 separated air flaps. You need to insert it into the hole at the back as shown in picture 1 to 4. After you completely insert the air flaps, don´t try to move it out anymore. It is too easy to damage the air flaps, if you try to move it out.
